Road salt is obtained from rock salt by means of mining and
with the addition of potassium ferrocyanide K4Fe(CN)6 as a substance
anti-caking agent.
Consumer use:
For gritting roads, tracks, railway turnouts and other areas
where there is a need to remove snow, black ice and glaciation.
