Semi-sweet White Wine from La Rioja, Spain.
Variety: Viura and muscatel de grano menudo.
Alcohol: 10.5%.
Tasting: It has a pale yellow color. Fresh on the nose, with nuances of white flowers. On the palate it is balanced, it has a marked acidity that combines with a slight sweet nuance, making this wine a pleasant and pleasant wine made for the enjoyment of all audiences.
Elaboration: Its elaboration is carried out separately. We ferment the muscat and the viura in different tanks after a few hours of cold skin maceration and then proceed to assemble them. Muscat gives us sweet touches that make this a very pleasant wine to the palate. Viura prevents muscatel from turning the wine into a heavy wine, giving it that nuance of freshness.
Serving temperature: 6-8º C.
